Curriculum Design:  The purpose of this content area of the Fellowship is to develop an understanding of the concepts and process involved in developing educational curriculum.  The specific skills involved in this area are: 

• problem identification
• needs assessment
• articulating goals and objectives
• selecting appropriate educational strategies
• developing appropriate evaluation tools
• oral and written presentation of the curriculum
• curriculum implementation and maintenance.
