Participants in the Rotation in Academic Medicine (RAM) are required to complete a Participant Questionnaire at the completion of their Rotation. This open-ended, narrative form asks the participant to comment on the quality and usefulness of each instructional unit offered during the Rotation. This instrument is a valuable tool as we continually revise and update the Rotation.
Rotation participants receive candid feedback from FDC staff and faculty on projects completed during the Rotation, and on their overall participation in the program.
